The Sol Journey

If you’re here, I want to start by saying this. You didn’t stumble onto this space by accident.

Something in you is already listening. Already remembering. Already tired of performing healing instead of living it.

So before I explain anything, let me ask you something.

What are you actually searching for right now?

Not the vague blanket answer.
Not the “I just want peace” response.
But the real one.

The Sol Journey isn’t about becoming someone new.

It’s about remembering who you were before the noise.
Before the conditioning.
Before the world told you who to be, how to move, what to suppress, and what to chase.

This isn’t a place for spiritual perfection or constant self-fixing.
It’s a space for coming home to yourself, to your body, to your roots, to your truth.

And we’re not doing it from a pedestal.
We’re doing it together. Side by side. Step by step.

Somewhere along the way we forgot

At some point, many of us learned to stop trusting ourselves.

We learned to move fast instead of moving honestly and intentionally.
To produce instead of feel.
To numb instead of listen.

We were taught that rest had to be earned.
That intuition was unreliable.
That our bodies were obstacles instead of messengers.

And none of that happened because we failed.
It happened because we adapted.

So if you’ve ever felt disconnected, exhausted, or like you’re constantly “working on yourself” but never arriving there’s nothing wrong with you.

You’re remembering.

And Let’s Be Honest About What This Journey Feels Like

Remembering yourself isn’t always soft.

Sometimes it feels like grief, mourning versions of you that didn’t get to exist freely.
Sometimes it feels like anger, realizing how much you carried that wasn’t yours.
Sometimes it feels confusing, because you’re unlearning more than you’re learning.

And sometimes?
It feels like deep relief in your chest when something finally clicks.

This journey is not linear.
It doesn’t move on a timeline.
And it doesn’t ask you to be healed before you’re worthy.

You’re allowed to arrive exactly as you are. *Sips Tea*

If this has resonated with you so far, here are a few things that have helped me along this journey.

These aren't rules or requirements.
Just gentle support that many of us return to again and again.

Slowing the body before seeking answers. Regulation often brings clarity faster than overthinking.

  • Creating rituals that feel true to you. Not the trendy and performative stuff. I mean things that make you feel rooted.

  • Resting without justification. ( My human design is a Projector so I rest ALOT) Rest is not a reward it’s a remembering.

  • Listening inward before outsourcing your truth. Your intuition is a muscle. It strengthens with trust.

  • Honoring your cycles. Energy moves in seasons

Take what resonates. Leave the rest. Innerstand that:

You are not behind.
You are not late.
You are not broken. You are remembering.

Affirmations to carry with you:

  • I am not becoming I am remembering.

  • My body holds wisdom I can trust.

  • Rest is part of my growth.

  • I honor myself and those who came before me.

Welcome to the journey. 🌞
